Account and site data
Supabase hosts account authentication and site data: account email, password hashes, screen names, profiles, private birthdate and adult declaration, game scores, internal member mail, instant messages, buddies and contacts. Screen names and public scores can be viewed by guests. Internal mail is available to its participants; instant messages are available only to the two members in a conversation; reported mail or message excerpts can be reviewed by Tim. Guest arcade scores store only three-character initials and a one-way hashed network-address code used to rate-limit and dedupe guest submissions; the raw network address is never stored.
Cookies and device storage
The site uses session and CSRF cookies to keep member actions signed in and protected. Remember me makes sign-in cookies persist on the device. Preferences, desk layouts, favorites and local drafts or notes can be stored in your browser. They are not all synced to your account.
Services used
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase hosts authentication and database data. Cloudflare Turnstile checks account requests for abuse. Resend delivers account emails, report alerts and deletion receipts. Sanity supplies the homepage bulletin. Hosting, email and security providers process information needed to operate their services.
Reports and moderation
A report records the reporter account, reported member, mail or instant-message conversation, reason and submission time in a private moderator queue for Tim. The reported member is not shown who reported them. Reporting mail or an instant-message conversation shares an excerpt with the moderator. Requests are rate-limited; session, admission and abuse-control records support site security.
Deleting your account
Settings > Delete account requires your screen name or DELETE and your password. Deletion removes the login, profile, personal scores, server-side preferences and contacts, internal mail involving the account (including correspondents’ copies) and instant messages involving the account. It signs you out and sends a receipt when an email is on file. Deleted scores are removed, not renamed.
What may remain
Retired screen-name claims can remain to prevent impersonation. Moderation reports may remain with deleted account links removed. Earlier copies may remain in backups. Account deletion does not clear drafts, favorites or settings saved on your device; clear the site’s browser data separately if you want those removed.
